Why is quoting scripture (abusing someone with text) to someone who is struggling with their faith or has left the faith a bad idea?

What is Jackie’s example of persuasion? (person and soul, how are you, do you need something?)

Why do we get offended or angry vs empathetic or compassionate when someone leaves the faith?

How do you remain an open door? (Be normal)

Why is treating the Bible like an instruction book, rather than a book to integrate into our lives on how to treat others, counter-productive to helping someone back to faith?

Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. Romans 12:15

What does Jackie mean when she says,
