This is exactly how I feel about churches and youth ministries. Broken churches (I’ve worked in a few) and broken youth ministries (I’ve led a few) makes me sad because I know things could be different with a little help.
Sadly, many churches want success without putting in the work, converts without sharing the gospel and disciples without putting in the relational time needed for people to grow.. None of this works this way. Broken.
